Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased from DouxDazzle within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Certain items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds
Return Process
- Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team via email
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship the package to the return address provided in your return authorization
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent you the wrong item or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office about return regulations before shipping.
